We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you would like to return or exchange an item, the terms below apply.

1. Scope of Application

This returns and refunds policy applies to all orders placed through the online store Lurea Mode (https://lureamode.com) for deliveries to Canada.

2. Return Right (30 Days)

You may return new, unworn items within 30 days from the delivery date.

We accept returns for:

  • faulty / defective items

  • incorrectly delivered items

  • items in perfect condition (non-defective)

All items must be new.

3. Conditions for a Return

A return is only possible if:

  • the item is new, unworn, unused, and undamaged

  • the item is in its original packaging

  • all tags are fully attached

  • a valid proof of purchase (e.g., order number or invoice) is provided

  • the return has been registered in advance with our customer service

Unannounced returns cannot be processed.

4. Return Process (Shipping by Mail)

Returns are made exclusively by shipment (mail/parcel service).

How returns work:

  1. Contact our customer service by email at customerservice@lureamode.com

  2. Provide your order number as well as the reason for the return

  3. You will receive a return confirmation as well as the return address

  4. Send the item back according to the instructions provided

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping

  • For defective or incorrectly delivered items, we cover the return shipping costs and provide a free return label

  • No restocking or processing fees are charged

6. Refunds

  • Once the return is received and inspected, the refund is issued within 2 business days

  • Refunds are issued only to the original payment method used

  • Depending on the payment provider, the credit may take several days to appear

7. Exchanges

We accept exchange requests.

  • If you would like a different size or a different item, please contact our customer service first

  • Alternatively, you may place a new order and return the original item for a refund

8. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are excluded from return:

  • Gift cards

  • Items returned worn, damaged, or without tags

Your rights under applicable Canadian consumer protection laws are not affected.

Refund Timing
