Payment Terms

1. Scope of Application

These payment terms apply to all orders placed through the online store Lurea Mode (https://lureamode.com).
By placing an order, the customer agrees to these payment terms.

2. Available Payment Methods

At Lurea Mode, only secure and widely recognized payment methods are available.

  • Payment is due immediately upon completion of the order.

  • The order amount is charged immediately or after authorization by the selected payment provider.

  • An order will be processed and shipped only after successful payment.

  • If a payment fails, is declined, or is cancelled, no purchase contract is concluded and the order will not be processed.

5. Pricing & Cost Overview

  • All prices shown are final prices and include applicable statutory taxes, where required.

  • Any additional shipping costs or other fees will be clearly and transparently displayed before completing the order.

  • The total order amount is always visible before finalizing the purchase.

6. Payment Security

The security of your payment data is a top priority at Lurea Mode.

  • Payment details (e.g. credit card information) are not stored by Lurea Mode.

The respective terms of use and privacy policies of these providers apply in addition.

To ensure security, we reserve the right to subject individual orders to a manual security review.
In such cases, additional verification or direct contact may be required.

9. Rejection or Limitation of Payments

We reserve the right to restrict payment methods or reject orders on a case-by-case basis, particularly in the event of:
